Postage and Delivery

Our standard postage option will be charged at £9.00 to anywhere on UK mainland.

The £9.00 delivery charge is based on order value and not weight. Purchases of over £100.00 will be delivered free of charge.

Deliveries to the Highlands and Islands will need to be confirmed via email or telephone.

Our carrier will require the full postal address including postal code of the delivery address. A contact telephone number will also be required before any order can be processed. All items will need to be signed for upon delivery, if no delivery can be made then a card will be left and it is up to the customer to ring our carrier and arrange a re-delivery.

Delivery will normally be made within 72 hours of the order being placed. Certain items listed are not stock items and you will be informed via email as to the expected delivery time.

Should you require a quick delivery then we do have a list of postage options from a '48 hour' service to a 'by 9.00am' next day service, please enquire for cost options should you require an enhanced service. Deliveries are made Monday to Friday during business hours. A Saturday delivery is available as an additional cost option, once again please enquire about this service. We also reserve the right to use a different carrier should the need arise. We may also use the Royal Mail postal service if it is deemed to be a better option for a particular item or for promotional items that may have been offered, e.g. on a postage free scheme or similar.
